Type 3 asbestos survey prior to major refurbishment project of several hospital wards.

Royal Doulton (former pottery), Stoke on Trent
Client: St Modwen developments / Prosurv Consult Ltd
Type 3 asbestos survey prior to demolition. This survey encompassed around 35 buildings ranging from large factory units and production areas to boiler rooms, kilns and offices. Several of the buildings in this survey had fallen victim to vandalism and fire damage so thorough risk assessment and management of health and safety was paramount.
